When will my order be delivered?
Your order is processed as soon as we receive it and we aim to deliver your order within three working days of receiving your order. If you have not received your order after two weeks please contact us.
Costs
Free delivery when you spend £50 and over, £2.99 for orders under £50.
Delivery to Europe is charged at £15. Please be aware there may be additional customs charges, see information below.
We currently do not deliver outside of Europe.
Timings
Items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, within the UK. You will receive an email once items are shipped and we will contact you if any delay in delivery.
Couriers we use for standard deliveries include Royal Mail & DHL.
With a series of planned industrial actions by Royal Mail, there may be some delays to deliveries. According to Royal Mail, items posted the day before, during or in the days after the strike action will be affected by delays. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions. We will inform you of expected delivery timescales once the items have been shipped.
Delivery outside of the UK
Goods delivered to Europe and Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man the Channel Islands may be liable for Customs duties in accordance with the destinations import rules. The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are not able to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the imports charges applicable before ordering goods.
