How do I return an item?
To return an item to SilverGuard, please follow the guidance on our Returns and Refunds page.
Cancellations
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your order is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation (the date on which we notify you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.
Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if you don't, you can return any item within 21 days from shipping date, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and still in their original packaging.
The exception to this is face coverings, please see below.
SilverGuard do not cover costs for return postage.
Refunds
If a faulty item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the price of the product in full.
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Damage due to wear and tear or due to invalid cleaning methods not depicted on the care label, are not considered faulty.

Face Masks & Snoods
Specifically for face masks and snoods:
Face masks and snoods are considered personal items and may not be exchanged or returned for resale. SilverGuard face masks and snoods will only be replaced if defective in materials or construction.
Our Returns and Refund Policy does not allow for any of our face masks and snoods to be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
